The Manager of Business Operations for Interventional Oncology at Johnson & Johnson is responsible for overseeing the contracting and financial processes related to partnership opportunities in the field of Interventional Oncology. Responsibilities

• Manage the contracting and financial processes associated with Interventional Oncology partnership opportunities.
• Provide creative solutions for contracting and negotiation needs.
• Collaborate with Interventional Oncology Business Partners, Legal, HCC, and procurement to reach acceptable outcomes.
• Assist in developing strategic operational processes for efficient internal and external development.
• Track metrics and measure operational efficiencies of Interventional Oncology.
• Maintain systems to track contract requests and financial obligations.
• Support financial processes by partnering with Finance and Business Operations members.
• Develop and implement strategic operational process improvements.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Six or more years of relevant pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience is required.
• Prior experience managing contracting and financial processes is required.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
• People management experience is preferred.
• Ability to interact at the senior level in the organization is required.
• Excellent interpersonal collaboration and team skills are required.
