About the position

The Manager, Business Operations for Interventional Oncology at Johnson & Johnson is responsible for overseeing the contracting and financial processes related to partnership opportunities in the field of Interventional Oncology. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and efficiency in operations, while also providing creative solutions to contractual challenges. The position plays a crucial role in supporting the development of strategic operational processes and metrics to enhance the effectiveness of the Interventional Oncology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the contracting and financial processes associated with Interventional Oncology partnerships.
• Provide guidance to reach acceptable outcomes in collaboration with Legal, HCC, and procurement teams.
• Develop strategic operational processes for efficient internal and external operations.
• Track metrics and measure operational efficiencies in Interventional Oncology.
• Maintain systems for tracking contract requests and financial obligations.
• Support financial processes by partnering with Finance and Business Operations members.
• Implement strategic operational process improvements as needed.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Six or more years of relevant pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience is required.
• Prior experience managing contracting and financial processes is required.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
• People management experience is preferred.
• Ability to interact at the senior level in the organization is required.
• Excellent interpersonal collaboration and team skills are required.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time is required.
