Responsibilities

• Act as an adjunct leader and coordinator supporting initiatives and projects.
• Implement strategic and operational initiatives by effectively managing projects.
• Develop and oversee various subgroups and project teams.
• Handle routine-to-complex matters and coordinate efforts among stakeholders.
• Engage with key stakeholders and act as a point of contact for collaborative relationships.
• Coordinate the planning, design, and execution of initiatives identified by leadership.
• Facilitate effective communication around all projects to various stakeholders.
• Lead projects to execution in partnership with appropriate stakeholders and teams.
• Design, implement, and manage necessary workflows to drive agenda and communication.
• Monitor and compare actual program performance with desired outcomes and recommend corrective actions.
• Mentor and educate team members to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4 years of experience working with multi-disciplinary teams supporting operational processes and/or workflows.
