About the position

The Manager of Business Operations at HonorHealth plays a crucial role in supporting and implementing strategic and operational initiatives within the organization. This position involves managing projects, coordinating efforts among various stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution of initiatives aimed at improving healthcare delivery and operational efficiency. The manager acts as a subject matter expert, facilitating communication and collaboration across teams to optimize results and drive value in healthcare services.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an adjunct leader and coordinator for initiatives and projects.
  • Implement strategic and operational initiatives by managing projects effectively.
  • Develop and oversee various subgroups and project teams.
  • Coordinate efforts and communication between stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and act as a point of contact for collaborative relationships.
  • Coordinate the planning, design, and execution of initiatives identified by leadership.
  • Facilitate effective communication around all projects to various stakeholders, including physicians and executives.
  • Lead projects to execution in partnership with appropriate stakeholders and teams.
  • Collaborate with care delivery leaders to align with strategic and quality initiatives.
  • Design, implement, and manage necessary workflows to drive communication and project agendas.
  • Monitor program performance and provide recommendations for corrective action when needed.
  • Mentor and educate team members to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for all projects and prioritize multiple objectives in a changing environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4 years of experience working with multi-disciplinary teams supporting operational processes and/or workflows.
