About the position

The ETIS Business Manager at Peraton will oversee all business support functions for the Environmental Test and Integration Services III (ETIS III) contract at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. This role involves ensuring compliance with contractual and financial requirements, managing financial reporting, and maintaining cost control for various space projects. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with customers, corporate management, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the manager for all business support functions required of the ETIS III contract.
• Ensure contracts, subcontracts, and procurements are executed per FAR and TS requirements.
• Deliver financial reports per customer requirements and maintain ETIS III cost control.
• Implement corporate financial policy and plans.
• Provide overall direction for ETIS III accounting, finance, cash, and budget functions.
• Analyze cost-to-date versus projections and notify appropriate personnel.
• Prepare reports for all property-related requirements and maintain official records of ETIS III property.
• Accurate and timely preparation of subcontracts and financial documents/reports.
• Prepare task plans or estimates for customer requests.
• Maintain open communication with customer representatives and program staff.
• Negotiate and execute contract modifications with the technical management team.
• Oversee procurement administration including subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Implement all cost, schedule, and property management procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent with 10 years of experience in business management, program control, or related fields.
• In lieu of a degree, 14+ years of experience in Business Management or a related field.
• Experience with Federal Government contracts and subcontracts.
• Experience with tracking budgets and tasks.
