About the position

As the Manager of Business Operations, you will play an integral role in driving our mission forward by overseeing and optimizing business operations for the North America SMB and Partner sales organization and serving on the business operations team for the SVP, North America SMB & Partner Sales. This position requires a strong focus on collaboration with leaders across various departments including data analytics, finance, sales, marketing, and product to support a diverse set of initiatives that enhance the business operations of the NA SMB & Partner sales organization. In this role, you will monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and make data-driven decisions. You will provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership based on market insights and data analysis. Additionally, you will develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives aimed at improving business processes and driving growth. Analyzing market trends and customer needs will be crucial in identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement. You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing operational efficiencies to increase productivity and reduce costs. Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders will be essential to drive alignment and achieve business objectives. Furthermore, you will develop and manage budgets and resource allocation to support business operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigating potential risks that may impact operations. This role requires a deep sense of ownership, drive, and entrepreneurship, as well as the ability to work independently and drive strategic projects from ideation to execution in a highly matrixed global organization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with leaders across data analytics, finance, sales, marketing and product on a diverse set of initiatives supporting the business operations of the NA SMB & Partner sales organization
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and make data-driven decisions
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership based on market insights and data analysis
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to improve business processes and drive growth

Requirements

  • 5+ years of strategy and business operations experience
  • General management skillset with a focus on setting up processes designed for scale
  • Comfortable with analytics, modeling, and data-based insights
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with internal cross-functional partners
  • Understanding of business economics and P&Ls
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of product strategy
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and navigate commercial challenges
  • Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities
  • Experience building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate, present, and craft compelling narratives to influence stakeholders
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and drive strategic projects from ideation to execution
