As the Manager of Business Operations, you will play an integral role in driving our mission forward by overseeing and optimizing business operations for the North America SMB and Partner sales organization and serving on the business operations team for the SVP, North America SMB & Partner Sales. This position is crucial for ensuring that our business operations align with our strategic goals and that we are effectively supporting our sales teams in achieving their objectives. In this role, you will partner closely with leaders across data analytics, finance, sales, marketing, and product on a diverse set of initiatives supporting the business operations of the NA SMB & Partner sales organization. You will monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and make data-driven decisions. Your strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership will be based on market insights and data analysis, helping to shape the direction of our business operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives to improve business processes and drive growth. This includes analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. You will also identify and implement operational efficiencies to increase productivity and reduce costs, ensuring that our operations are as effective and efficient as possible. Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders will be essential to drive alignment and achieve business objectives. You will develop and manage budgets and resource allocation to support business operations, ensuring that we are utilizing our resources effectively. Additionally, you will develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact business operations. Your support in managing and tracking resource allocation against budget will be critical to our success.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of strategy and business operations experience
  • General management skillset with the ability to set up processes designed for scale
  • Comfortable with analytics, modeling, and data-based insights
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with internal cross-functional partners
  • Understanding of business economics and P&Ls
  • Strong sense of ownership, drive, and entrepreneurship
  • Business acumen and a strong understanding of product strategy
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and navigate commercial challenges
  • Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities
  • Experience building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate, present, and craft compelling narratives to influence stakeholders
  • Strong PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to effectively model, manipulate data and work with analytics tools
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive strategic projects from ideation to execution in a highly matrixed global organization
