The Manager, Business Operations at Columbia University will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating various projects related to fertility services within the CUFC. The Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects that span across operations, administration, procurement, and information technology. In the operations domain, the Manager will handle facilities management, which includes overseeing equipment and structural upgrades, optimizing space utilization, maintaining necessary licensing, and ensuring that all paperwork is integrated into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. The administration aspect involves streamlining workflow changes across departments to enhance efficiency. In terms of procurement, the Manager will collaborate with relevant managers to source, evaluate, and implement systems tailored for each department's needs. Additionally, the Manager will work closely with the IT department to ensure that IT systems are reliable and efficient, facilitating the integration of outside vendors for automated processes.
