About the position

The Manager, Business Operations is responsible for overseeing the administrative functions and management of the Acute Eating Disorder department at the ACUTE Center for Eating Disorders & Severe Malnutrition. This role involves personnel and financial management, quality improvement analysis, strategic planning, and budget management, all aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Leads operational services of the department.
  • Establishes qualifications and performance standards for each position and coaches staff members.
  • Assesses quality of services regularly and ensures continuous improvement.
  • Develops Standards of Work (SOW) documentation, policies, and procedures for the department.
  • Develops Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to promote success and efficiency.
  • Develops or assists with developing annual operational and capital budgets.
  • Manages contracts and relationships with customers/clients and vendors.
  • Monitors care coordination for quality, customer service, and timeliness.
  • Reviews and approves all invoices for equipment, supplies, and other resources.
  • Serves as the liaison with other departments to complete business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school in business, healthcare, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of directly related experience in administrative, project, or professional management.
