About the position

The Manager, Business Process Wholesale Account Operations at adidas is responsible for driving best practice standardization and improvement across Account Operations processes. This role aims to enhance efficiencies and service levels within the NAM Account Operations organization by supporting the development, planning, and execution of a portfolio of business processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Operations leadership to define strategy and roadmap for process improvements and automation.
• Support the development, planning, and execution of best practice business processes for Account Operations.
• Guide the organization through business process design reviews and prioritization.
• Drive accountability for standardized best practices and supporting documentation.
• Curate training curriculum for new team onboarding and ongoing training strategy.
• Research tools and support change management to enable a continuous improvement culture.
• Manage assigned projects, securing progress and benefits to the adidas-Group and NAM Wholesale business.
• Apply structured project management approaches and manage day-to-day project details.
• Directly or indirectly manage junior staff members and promote team engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in Account Operations, Project Management, or Process Improvement.
• Well-developed planning and organizational skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Robotic Process Automation.
• Proven track record in project and change management.
