About The Position
The Manager, CDO/CLO Operations is responsible for overseeing daily operations and providing leadership to the CDO/CLO operations team. This role requires a deep understanding of CDO/CLO mechanics, including warehouse servicing, compliance testing, and cash flow projections. The manager will communicate with senior managers, underwriters, and trustees, while leading a team to ensure timely reconciliation of all TCW CDO/CLOs and collaborating with vendors for outsourced services. The position involves executive-level reporting, establishing oversight and controls, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies.
