About the position

As the Manager of Change Enablement at Conagra, you will play a pivotal role in leading change strategies across various teams, including the Connected Shop Floor team, Manufacturing Excellence Team, and the Manufacturing Program Management Office. Reporting directly to the Director of Change Enablement, your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective change management practices are implemented throughout the organization. This includes identifying key partners, establishing comprehensive communication plans, and delivering on various change-related deliverables. Your role will involve providing leadership and support for critical change projects, which encompasses planning, execution, and monitoring of progress. You will work closely with the VP of Manufacturing Excellence to align change initiatives with the strategic direction of the organization, dedicating 50% of your capacity to support critical alignment activities and strategy execution. Collaboration will be essential, as you will foster relationships across stakeholder groups to ensure coordination and buy-in throughout the change initiatives. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that keep Manufacturing Excellence and Supply Chain stakeholders informed and engaged during the change process. Continuous improvement will be a key focus, as you will identify opportunities for process enhancement and innovation to strengthen the organization's change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and support for critical change projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring of progress.
  • Work with the VP to align change initiatives with the strategic direction of the organization.
  • Reserve 50% of capacity to support the VP of Manufacturing Excellence in critical alignment activities and strategy execution.
  • Foster collaboration across stakeholder groups and teams to ensure coordination throughout change initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for change initiatives.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance change management capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in change management, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience leading change programs.
