About the position

The Manager, Change Management for the Burger Project at L'Oréal will be responsible for driving the successful adoption of the North America Burger program, which aims to optimize and accelerate processes and systems across various sales channels. This role involves collaborating with local and global project teams, developing change management strategies, and ensuring a seamless transition through effective training and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the successful adoption of the NA Burger program across D2C, Marketplace, and retail channels.
  • Develop a change toolkit that includes necessary methodologies and materials.
  • Organize training sessions and track adoption during design, testing, and implementation phases.
  • Contribute to the Burger Steering Committee, providing updates on project progress and risks.
  • Identify and address implementation obstacles, offering solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Align change principles with broader business strategies, including NAFS and OCS initiatives.
  • Participate in local alignment workshops and conduct change impact analysis.
  • Run and localize the Core Change Management kit and prepare communication actions.
  • Monitor change progress and manage KPIs, updating dashboards as needed.
  • Support key users in their tasks and continue to animate the change dynamic post-implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in project management, focusing on supply chain or IT implementations.
  • Prior experience with change management, particularly using Prosci methodology.
  • Experience in eCommerce and/or Retail environments is a significant plus.
  • Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and supply chain operations.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and drive complex projects to completion.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, adept at managing multiple priorities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with SAP S/4 requirements.
  • Familiarity with WMS, 3PL, and TMS systems.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and fulfillment costs optimization.
