About the position

The Manager, Change Management for Project Burger at L'Oréal will lead the adoption of a transformative initiative aimed at optimizing and harmonizing the IT ecosystem across various sales channels. This role is crucial for ensuring a seamless transition to new systems and processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting the overall business strategy of L'Oréal in North America.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a change toolkit that includes necessary methodology and materials.
  • Organize training sessions and track adoption and change during design, testing, and implementation.
  • Implement a 'Train the Trainer' approach to equip project teams with the necessary knowledge and skills.
  • Contribute to the L'Oréal USA/Salon Centric Burger Steering Committee, providing updates on project progress and risks.
  • Identify and address implementation obstacles, offering solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Align change principles with broader business strategies including NAFS and NEO transformation initiatives.
  • Participate in local alignment workshops and organize change impact analysis.
  • Monitor change progress and manage feedback processes during testing and implementation.
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans for system integration and functionality.
  • Provide ongoing support during NEO remediation, ensuring achievement of defined success KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in project management, focusing on supply chain or IT implementations.
  • Prior experience with change management, particularly using Prosci methodology.
  • Experience in eCommerce and/or Retail environments is a significant plus.
  • Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and supply chain operations.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with SAP S/4 requirements.
  • Familiarity with omnichannel capabilities and marketplace deployment.
