Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci or similar as acknowledged by ACMP) preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience leading enterprise change initiatives.
  • 5 years of supervisory or management experience.
  • Change Management practitioner certification preferred (Prosci or similar as acknowledged by ACMP).
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align development initiatives with business objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and diverse teams.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Strong leader that can inspire and motivate others to achieve results.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment and drive for results within the organization.
