As a Manager of Change Management at Nestlé Purina, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing Change Management strategies that are essential for various Digital Business Transformation initiatives. Your primary focus will be to maximize employee adoption and usage of new processes and technologies while minimizing resistance to change. This position requires you to partner effectively with both business and technology stakeholders across the organization, quickly establishing credibility and building strong relationships. You will also be responsible for coaching and developing teams to enhance their capabilities in adapting to change. In this role, you will develop and drive comprehensive Change Management strategies and plans that encompass various dimensions of Change Management, including Stakeholder Engagement, Change Impact Assessment, and Change Networks. It is crucial to ensure that these strategies align with the overall project goals. You will establish and track success criteria and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that measure adoption, proficiency, and the realization of business value. Conducting change impact assessments will be a key responsibility, allowing you to define actions to mitigate risks and assess the change readiness of stakeholders. Additionally, you will build stakeholder engagement plans and collaborate with project teams and cross-functional stakeholders to promote engagement and adoption. Tracking progress and escalating issues and risks as necessary will be part of your duties. You will also support the design, development, delivery, and management of project communications, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process. Assessing training needs and developing training strategies and plans will be essential, as you will partner with key subject matter experts to create content and deliver training as required. Finally, you will develop sustainment plans to track adoption and ensure the long-term realization of business value.
