The manager will create and launch a comprehensive, enterprise-wide strategy for a change framework that aligns with both business and people strategies. This includes conducting change assessments to understand the scope and scale of changes, impacts to stakeholders, and potential areas of resistance. The manager will identify change goals and success metrics, defining high-level change strategies in partnership with cross-functional partners. Additionally, the role involves building and delivering actionable engagement, communications, knowledge management, and learning plans to enable adoption and achieve intended business outcomes. Strong judgment and decision-making skills are essential, as the manager will anticipate project needs and develop innovative, sustainable solutions focused on adding value. Building strong cross-functional partnerships with key stakeholders and leaders in Technology, Finance, Legal, HR, People Operations, and People Analytics will be crucial for success in this role.
