About the position

The Manager, Change & Team Effectiveness will lead high-impact change initiatives across global teams and business functions, working directly with senior leaders to enhance organizational agility and performance. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's transformation strategy, providing thought leadership in change management, organizational design, and team effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess strong collaboration skills and a passion for driving results in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire teams to foster organizational agility and deliver results in complex environments.
  • Coach, mentor, and drive success through cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee resources dedicated to change and transformation initiatives.
  • Stay informed of industry best practices in change management and organizational design.
  • Lead the design and execution of frameworks and tools for change management and team effectiveness.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute change strategies aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Analyze market trends to identify capability gaps and define priorities for business growth.
  • Drive cultural enablers to align cultural shifts with long-term business priorities.
  • Continuously scan for innovative technologies to enhance change management practices.
  • Nurture the Change Community of Practice to build change capability within the organization.
  • Provide expertise in creating learning strategies that support organizational change.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to design impactful learning experiences.
  • Develop comprehensive learning plans incorporating modern delivery methods.
  • Implement sustainment strategies for continuous development.
  • Facilitate sessions promoting collaborative problem-solving and strategic thinking.
  • Provide HRBPs and senior leaders with tools and frameworks for managing change initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with senior leaders for alignment on change initiatives.
  • Coach leaders and teams engaged in change initiatives to align with business objectives.
  • Identify and address potential risks and resistance to change through effective communication.
  • Lead workshops, training sessions, and coaching engagements to elevate organizational capabilities.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience leading complex change initiatives.
  • At least 3 years of experience in organizational design, learning and development, or continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate large organizations and build strong partnerships.
  • Proven track record of integrating technology into learning and change management initiatives.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
  • Experience leading large, complex projects using standard project management methodologies.
  • Expertise in developing and delivering learning across various formats.
  • Resilience and adaptability in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong curiosity and commitment to building relationships and developing talent.
