About The Position

The Manager Client Relations role at SS&C involves developing and maintaining exceptional client relationships while overseeing support and service activities for designated clients. This position ensures quality service and operational performance, acts as a primary point of contact for clients, and collaborates with sales and support groups to enhance client satisfaction and identify opportunities for expanded support business. Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Computer experience with Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of transaction processing and mutual fund industry operations.
  • General knowledge of SS&C AMS systems and reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to persuade others and manage conflict effectively.
  • Strong service orientation and ability to listen to clients' needs.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Adept at coordinating activities and enlisting cooperation from others.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains exceptional client relationships.
  • Provides and oversees support and service activities for designated clients, ensuring operational needs are met.
  • Ensures quality service and operational performance within program and delivery standards.
  • Develops understanding of client business to identify service needs and plan service delivery.
  • Acts as a primary point of client contact to coordinate resolution of service incidents.
  • Collaborates with sales and support groups to demonstrate value of support offerings to clients.
  • Leads professionals or first-level leaders on diverse issues and coordinates department activities.
  • Exercises decision-making within established company policies to meet business objectives.
  • Advises staff and partners with cross-functional teams to meet project schedules and develop solutions.
  • Accountable for department results and establishes procedures while recommending policy changes.
