About the position
ADP is seeking a Client Service Manager for their Tax division, responsible for leading a team to ensure efficient operations and high client satisfaction in payroll tax services. This role involves project management, team support, and collaboration with various business units to deliver exceptional client experiences. The position emphasizes leadership, communication, and continuous learning in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Support your team to provide the best client service for payroll tax needs.
- Set the direction of daily activities for the team and ensure a productive working environment.
- Assist clients in managing their business using ADP solutions, including troubleshooting payroll tax issues.
- Partner with multiple business units for troubleshooting and delivering a seamless client experience.
- Continuously upgrade knowledge on payroll tax compliance and ADP products to support clients effectively.
- Organize daily schedules and manage escalated issues to meet productivity and performance standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of related experience.
- At least 3 years of people leadership experience.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with internal and external contacts.
- Excellent collaboration, organizational, time management, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, focusing on achieving results.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and various operating systems.
