About the position

The Manager of Client Success in Ad Sales at Spectrum Reach is responsible for overseeing the Local Sales Operations and Strategy team. This role focuses on ensuring that the sales team has the necessary data, information, and materials to effectively sell the company's multi-screen product portfolio. The position emphasizes creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while fostering a supportive and motivated team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all market Account Planners (APs) and Account Coordinators (ACs)
  • Interview, select, and onboard all ACs and APs
  • Regularly meet with Sales management
  • Manage market trade requests and needs
  • Assist in market reporting that is requested

Requirements

  • 1+ year of supervisory experience
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
  • Technical skills in Strata View, Pilot, TIM and/or CRM
  • Knowledge of Ad Sales products
  • Ability to multi-task
