About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager for Executive Accounts at LocaliQ is responsible for leading a team that delivers innovative and performance-driven digital marketing campaigns for the company's largest clients. This role requires a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on management, ensuring campaign fulfillment and success while fostering strong client relationships and providing thought leadership in the digital marketing space.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients by providing strategic business support beyond day-to-day campaign delivery.
  • Deliver campaign excellence across managed pods, ensuring flawless launches and achievement of campaign KPIs.
  • Manage up and down, providing audits of campaigns needing performance boosts and identifying proactive opportunities with leadership.
  • Design client presentations that clearly communicate strategy and rationale, including KPI/measurement identification.
  • Elevate reporting and analysis to build client trust in recommendations.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and varying needs simultaneously.
  • Provide troubleshooting support and guidance as needed for team or campaigns.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with team members to provide feedback and guidance to achieve client objectives and ensure quality of work.
  • Create and implement processes to streamline digital execution.
  • Ensure tight communication between all internal teams for consistent messaging across marketing channels.
  • Develop and advise on marketing strategies by understanding client expectations and identifying opportunities for marketing and advertising.
  • Refine onboarding, training, and mentoring for new hires while keeping the team's skills updated.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the digital marketing space, preferably in an agency environment or equivalent in-house role.
  • 10+ years of client service/account management experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey digital/social concepts clearly.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields; advanced degree preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a can-do attitude, thriving in ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects with precision and accuracy.
  • Advanced knowledge of SEM, SEO, display, social, email marketing, and understanding of new media consumer behaviors and trends.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
