About the position

The Project Manager, Client Success at iHeartMedia plays a vital role in the Client Service team, focusing on supporting key accounts and driving renewals and upsells. This position requires a blend of sales strategy and campaign management, with responsibilities that include attending client meetings, managing proposals, and ensuring successful campaign execution. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying opportunities for growth and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support key accounts to drive renewals and upsells on existing business.
• Attend client meetings and contribute to upselling efforts.
• Manage the RFP/pitch process with internal and external teams for select accounts.
• Oversee sold campaigns to ensure client goals are met.
• Monitor client strategies and surface insights to internal teams.
• Manage the launch of developmental deals, ensuring all media is booked correctly and contracts are saved.
• Support sales leads in prospecting new business opportunities with existing partners.
• Maintain detailed account management using SalesForce, Ad+, and Tableau.
• Develop a full understanding of IHM product offerings, especially digital products.
• Deepen relationships across internal markets and national sales teams.

Requirements

• Experience working for or closely with media and creative agencies.
• Digital expertise is strongly preferred.
• Strong client-facing background with solid presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadline-driven projects effectively.
• Strong quantitative skills and negotiation ability.
• Fluency in using PowerPoint and Excel.
