About the position

The Project Manager, Client Success at iHeartMedia plays a crucial role in supporting key accounts and driving renewals and upsells. This position requires a blend of sales strategy and campaign management, focusing on maintaining client relationships and ensuring successful campaign execution. The ideal candidate will manage various activities, including client meetings, upselling, campaign maintenance, and reporting, while collaborating with internal sales teams and other departments.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and support key accounts to drive renewals and upsells.
  • Project manage the RFP/pitch process with internal and external teams.
  • Oversee sold campaigns to ensure client goals are met.
  • Generate renewals and identify new upsell opportunities.
  • Manage the launch of developmental deals, ensuring all media is booked correctly.
  • Support sales leads in prospecting new business opportunities.
  • Monitor client strategies and surface insights to internal teams.
  • Manage detailed accounts using SalesForce, Ad+, and Tableau.

Requirements

  • Experience working with media and creative agencies.
  • Digital expertise strongly preferred.
  • Strong client-facing background with excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong quantitative skills and negotiation ability.
  • Fluency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
