About The Position

The Cloud Sales Manager at Confluent is responsible for leading a team of Cloud Account Executives (AEs) to drive new customer acquisition and growth in the streaming data ecosystem. This role is pivotal in executing the company's Customer Growth go-to-market strategy, focusing on building a high-performing team that is passionate about sales and customer engagement. The manager will be measured on the team's overall quota, new logo acquisition, and the growth of Confluent usage.
