About the position

The Manager of Commercial Operations and Analytics at Ceribell, Inc. is responsible for driving strategic initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness and operational efficiency. This role involves developing sales operations processes, forecasting models, and analytical frameworks to optimize commercial strategies and execution. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to maximize business performance in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement robust analytics frameworks to monitor sales performance and identify trends.
  • Create reporting systems that provide actionable insights for sales optimization, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Design and build compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate sales trends and performance metrics.
  • Lead the development of accurate sales forecasts and territory plans by analyzing historical data and market intelligence.
  • Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the sales organization through process optimization and training initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to uncover market opportunities and risks.
  • Continuously assess and refine sales and operational processes to ensure scalability and efficiency.
  • Partner closely with teams across marketing, finance, regulatory, and operations to align commercial operations with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in commercial operations, analytics, or a similar role.
  • Expertise in sales analytics, data modeling, and forecasting techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in Salesforce with a strong understanding of sales process optimization.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per year.
