About The Position
The position manages the daily operations of Commercial Printing Operations and is responsible for providing and utilizing existing and emerging technologies in document design and development, application software, centralized and distributed hardware, hard copy and soft copy media, and distribution technologies. The role involves developing and implementing policies and procedures for the Output Services function, which includes operator training and development, output services scheduling, and installation, re-start, and recovery procedures. The manager will monitor and report all production outages and perform proactive analysis on all factors impacting availability and service level achievement. Additionally, the position manages IT Infrastructure Operations staff.
