In this role, the manager will oversee the software development process for critical business initiatives, ensuring that projects are delivered successfully and on time. Establishing strong relationships with product management, business, and technology teams is essential for fostering collaboration and driving innovation. The manager is expected to think creatively and maintain a product development mindset, demonstrating flexibility in dealing with ambiguity and making necessary adjustments to move projects forward. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for the technical configuration, design, administration, development, implementation, and support of application and information frameworks utilized by the organization. The position requires a proven track record of leading multiple initiatives and teams, with a focus on delivering customer-facing software solutions. Knowledge of healthcare technologies and pharmacy management systems is crucial, as is experience working with third-party vendors to deliver technology solutions.
