This role also involves leading IT communications with clients and IT partners, acting as the primary contact for stakeholders, and ensuring that all IT components are completed on time and within budget. The Manager will also be responsible for the successful execution and transition of IT deliverables, collaborating with Product Owners and Development Teams to influence decision-making that impacts work processes and customer outcomes.
