The Manager, Communications, Brand, and Marketing is responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive communications plan that effectively communicates SEEDS' successes, consistently features the organization's branding, and targets channels that support strategic priorities. This role requires a balance of external-facing communication and internal collaboration, allowing the Manager to tell SEEDS' compelling story through a clear voice across both electronic and print platforms. Professionalism, follow-through, and a commitment to helping SEEDS shine are essential for this critical position. As a member of the Finance & Administration team, the Manager will report to the Chief of Staff and work closely with the Development team, as well as all members of SEEDS staff, to promote the impact of the organization's mission and work. Founded in 1992, SEEDS: Access Changes Everything is a privately funded nonprofit organization that transforms the educational opportunities of motivated, high-achieving students from low-income families. With a history of graduating 170 students annually and over 3,200 since its inception, every member of SEEDS' 25-person staff plays a vital role in contributing to students' success every day. The Manager will provide clear strategic direction through strong leadership and ownership over SEEDS' communications channels. Responsibilities include managing editorial direction, brand voice, design, production, and distribution of materials. The Manager will also act as the point person for media relations, coordinate media interest and speaking opportunities for SEEDS leadership, and develop opportunities for SEEDS to be recognized as an authority in the education access field. Additionally, the Manager will oversee brand management, ensuring consistent and proper use of SEEDS' logo, font, colors, and overall look across departments and external partners, while also contributing to the creation and design of various collateral and publications.
