The position requires a deep understanding of the segment, business functions, services, and solutions, enabling the manager to guide leaders on effective communication methods and provide meaningful feedback. Collaboration is key, as the manager will work closely with leaders, staff, and external partners to implement strategic communication plans that reflect the company's mission, values, and priorities while also mitigating risks.
