Catholic Charities of Baltimore is seeking a Manager Community Living III to join our dedicated team. This full-time position offers a starting salary of $60,000 and is designed for individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Your responsibilities will include keeping your supervisor informed about site issues, preparing and implementing Individual Plans (IP) in compliance with all COMAR regulations, and coordinating interdisciplinary teams. You will also be expected to act with discretion and professionalism, demonstrating exceptional planning and organizational skills, effective conflict resolution abilities, and strong problem-solving skills. The work schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, with hours from 8 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm, along with on-call hours as needed. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Services and at least four years of experience in a related field, including a minimum of one year in a supervisory capacity. Experience may be substituted for education on a 1:1 basis. The position also requires the ability to lift at least 75 lbs, move between work sites, and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
