About the position

The Manager, Compensation and HR Analytics is responsible for developing and implementing compensation strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. This role involves conducting market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures, overseeing salary surveys, and managing the administration of salary and incentive compensation programs. The position also includes evaluating and recommending adjustments to compensation practices, providing guidance to ensure internal equity and employee satisfaction, and optimizing the company's HRIS system to support HR functions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compensation strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures.
  • Oversee salary surveys and manage salary and incentive compensation programs.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to address compensation-related inquiries and issues.
  • Evaluate and recommend adjustments to compensation practices.
  • Provide guidance to ensure internal equity and employee satisfaction.
  • Manage and optimize the company's HRIS system to support HR functions.
  • Support the Senior HCM Analyst and People Operations Data Analyst.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Human Resources background with Compensation and HRIS experience required.
  • 5 years of related HR experience required.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Database Management skills required.
  • PHR/CCP Certification preferred.
