About the position

The Compliance Operations Manager at Mayne Pharma will play a crucial role in the implementation and operation of the company's compliance program. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure adherence to compliance standards and regulations within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills to drive accountability and trust among customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, revision, and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
• Implement the transparency reporting program, including federal and state aggregate spend reporting.
• Support cross-functional privacy initiatives and ensure timely completion in compliance with applicable laws.
• Execute Compliance Committee materials and activities.
• Operationalize the compliance training program and collaborate with stakeholders on training assignments.
• Perform training for new hires on compliance and values-based decision making.
• Implement audits and monitoring activities, reporting results to the Compliance & Risk team and stakeholders.
• Review business activities for compliance with FCPA, fraud and abuse, FDA regulations, and other laws.
• Provide administrative support for internal investigations, including managing the intake process and scheduling interviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of compliance experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Life Sciences industry.
• Outstanding skills in writing and modifying policies/SOPs.
• Demonstrated pragmatism and operational focus in finding business solutions.
• Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous in reviewing data and records.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of Sunshine Act and state transparency reporting, preferably experience with Open Payments.
• Privacy experience desired.
