About the position

The Clinic Manager oversees the daily operations of the Texas A&M Health Concierge Medicine Clinic, ensuring high-quality client care, efficient administration, financial management, and excellent customer service. This role involves managing clinic staff, developing operational strategies, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations and activities of the Concierge Medicine Clinic staff.
  • Oversee patient care processes to ensure exceptional client experience.
  • Collaborate with the Director, Clinical Operations, to develop and implement clinic policies and procedures.
  • Direct oversight of clinic operations, including administrative tasks and quality assurance.
  • Address client issues and concerns promptly and appropriately.
  • Maintain clinic inventory and purchasing, ensuring supplies are available and costs are controlled.
  • Provide leadership to clinical operations to ensure high patient satisfaction.
  • Review, recommend, and implement policy changes and process improvements.
  • Coordinate maintenance of clinical business files and assist in logistical support for events and meetings.
  • Supervise clinic staff, review performance, and provide development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Five years of experience in healthcare management, including at least three years of supervisory experience.
  • Ability to travel independently to other and/or remote locations.

Nice-to-haves

  • 3 years of management experience in a clinical or medical office setting.
  • Proficiency with healthcare management software and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements, HIPAA, and patient confidentiality standards.
  • Marketing and community outreach experience.
