About the position
The Manager, Consulting position at Black & Veatch involves leading a team of consultants to deliver comprehensive solutions in the Water/Wastewater/Stormwater sector. The position emphasizes the development of business relationships and the delivery of high-quality consulting services, while also contributing to the growth of the Rates & Regulatory Practice.
Responsibilities
- Plan, market, sell, and deliver consulting solutions in the Water/Wastewater/Stormwater sector.
- Develop sales capability to contribute to the growth of the Rates & Regulatory Practice.
- Support the delivery of client solutions to the water market.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews on engagements.
- Enhance working relationships with team members and clients.
- Manage client expectations within the defined scope of engagement.
- Delegate work to assigned team members and recommend appropriate resources for projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience.
- 7+ years experience in a business/consulting environment.
- Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements.

- Advanced degree in Business or Economics.
- Two or more years of project management experience.
- Knowledge of a complete engagement lifecycle.
