About the position

The Manager, Consumer Sales Enablement at BOK Financial is a strategic leadership role focused on developing and implementing sales growth strategies aimed at increasing revenue and customer acquisition. In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, the Manager will create and execute strategies that enhance sales team performance while streamlining processes for better interdepartmental collaboration. This includes working closely with different teams to identify opportunities, understand market trends, and develop programs that leverage insights from various departments to improve sales effectiveness. The Manager will also implement and manage sales tools aligned with the sales enablement strategy, ensuring that the sales team is up-to-date with the latest technologies to boost productivity. Additionally, the Manager will assist in prospect qualification, helping bankers prioritize leads and ensuring that the sales team has the resources needed to engage potential customers effectively. Setting key performance indicators for sales enablement, measuring and analyzing results, and adjusting strategies for continuous improvement are also critical components of this role. The Manager will leverage data-driven insights to refine processes, enhance customer interactions, and ultimately drive revenue growth. Furthermore, the position involves creating and managing high-quality sales content and training programs in collaboration with various bank departments, fostering a culture of ambition, collaboration, and client-focused inspiration within the organization.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field in the banking industry.
  • Proven track record of driving deposits and loan growth through sales enablement strategies.
  • Strong working knowledge of Consumer Banking products, services, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional priority, time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent analytical skills including database and spreadsheet analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and team building skills.
  • Advanced PC application skills including Word and Excel.
