About the position

As a Content Creation Analyst at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Enterprise Data Remediation Process. This position involves collaborating with Data Owners, Data Consumers, and Data Stewards to address data quality concerns and deliver on high-priority use cases. You will be responsible for understanding content creation requirements, analyzing complex information, and summarizing content in an executive-ready format.

Responsibilities

• Quickly understand content creation requirements from various stakeholders.
• Analyze complex pieces of information from various sources including emails, meeting minutes, trackers, and plans.
• Summarize content in an executive-ready format.
• Communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including Data Owners, Stewards, and technology teams to gather information.
• Review and finalize content iteratively.

Requirements

• 5-10 years' experience in content creation and storytelling primarily in PowerPoint.
• Superior Excel analysis skills.
• Understanding of Data Management areas including Data Cataloging, Data Lineage, Data Quality Rules, and Scorecard Monitoring.
• Strong interpersonal skills, interacting with clients on both the business side and technical specialists.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of consumer Banking Business/Product (Deposits, Cards, Loans, Mortgages), Wealth Products from a Risk, Finance, Compliance, or Operations perspective.
• Familiarity with Basel II, III, CCAR, CECL, FR 2052A, FDIC, and other similar Banking regulations.
