About the position

The Manager, Content Marketing role at Welltower Inc. involves developing and executing content marketing strategies, focusing on SEO copywriting and CMS publishing. The position requires collaboration with various teams to align content initiatives with overall marketing goals, ensuring effective audience engagement and lead generation through high-quality content across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including blog articles, social media posts, videos, infographics, and email campaigns.
• Manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of content and timely delivery.
• Build and nurture relationships with the audience by creating resonant content.
• Implement content-driven lead generation campaigns and collaborate with marketing/sales teams to convert leads into customers.
• Build and manage workflows to optimize customer journeys across all channels, including email.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• 5+ years of proven experience in content marketing, including web publishing and marketing automation.
• Proficiency in content management systems (WordPress and Contentstack required; additional CMS experience preferred).
• Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Semrush, Moz, Ahrefs) and Google Analytics.
• General knowledge of paid media advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with additional content management systems beyond WordPress and Contentstack.
• Familiarity with advanced SEO strategies and tools.
