About the position

Stuart Weitzman is seeking a Manager, Content Operations, who will play a pivotal role in driving the day-to-day project management for the content team. This position is essential for supporting the production of global marketing campaigns and managing the schedule and priorities of the in-house e-commerce photo studio. The Manager will also be responsible for overall scheduling and resource allocation, ensuring that all projects align with business objectives and timelines. This hybrid role is based in the York City office, with an expectation to be present in the Hudson Yards office 3-4 days a week. In this role, the Manager will oversee all project management aspects of marketing and cross-functional global projects that require creative and editorial input. This includes project intake, setting timelines, and leading the content management system (Monday.com) to ensure project approvals and asset delivery. The Manager will communicate and follow up with stakeholders daily to maintain a timely workflow, adjusting needs to meet business objectives as necessary. Additionally, the Manager will prepare Creative Approvals for executive management and marketing partners, ensuring that all creative processes are well-documented and executed. The Manager will also partner with Digital, Creative, and Content leads to establish timelines and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project objectives. This includes managing requests from the global organization and marketing teams, including those in Asia and Europe. Furthermore, the Manager will lead the scheduling and scope of the in-house e-commerce studio, ensuring sufficient coverage for product photography and overseeing the sample management aspect of the e-commerce and marketing photo and content creation studio.

Responsibilities

  • Drive all project management of marketing and cross-functional global projects with creative/editorial needs.
  • Communicate and follow-up with stakeholders daily to ensure timely workflow and project delivery.
  • Navigate and prepare Creative Approvals for executive management and marketing partners.
  • Partner with Digital, Creative & Content leads to establish timelines and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Manage and project lead requests from a global organization and marketing team.
  • Lead the scheduling and scope of the in-house e-commerce studio for product photography.
  • Oversee and support the sample management aspect of the e-commerce & marketing photo studio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 6+ years of experience in content operations for an internal creative studio or external creative agency in the fashion or publishing industry.
  • Strong project management skills and highly organized.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills with a commanding presence.
  • High emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with project management software, particularly Monday.com.
