About the position

As the Manager of Contracts, you will oversee the entire contract process for the Generics business, collaborating with key internal departments to develop, write, negotiate, and implement commercial agreements. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance and efficiency in contract management within the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end contract process for the Generics business.
• Partner with internal departments to develop and write contracts.
• Negotiate and implement commercial agreements.
• Ensure compliance with legal aspects of contracts and contract interpretation.
• Interact with all levels of management for both internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in contracting and contract drafting/interpretation.
• Advanced understanding of legal aspects of contracts and contract interpretation.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and trends.
• Broad-based contracting experience across multiple segments (Retail, GPOs, IDNs) preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
• Ability to work well in teams and manage multiple priorities.
