About the position

The Manager, Core & Digital Banking Products at SHAZAM is responsible for overseeing the ideation, strategy, pricing, and execution of core and digital banking products and services. This role involves leading a team of product managers, ensuring that products meet customer expectations, comply with industry standards, and achieve performance goals. The position emphasizes strong leadership, collaboration with stakeholders, and a deep understanding of core banking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and guidance to core/digital product managers.
• Leverage core banking experience to plan, implement, launch, and improve SHAZAM's Core and digital banking solutions.
• Perform and lead research on existing product features and pricing, and identify competition's product features and pricing.
• Drive alignment across large groups of stakeholders and drive product strategy for the Core banking product line.
• Create, maintain, and implement product strategy and SWOT analysis for assigned product lines.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to identify roadmap initiatives and conduct research on their scope and value propositions.
• Lead and define product needs, ensuring customer needs and challenges are addressed.
• Track and oversee product health KPIs such as adoption, usage, and performance of assigned products.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience working with core banking solutions at a bank or as a power user of a core banking solution.
• Experience with loan servicing and digital banking platforms is preferable.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory/management and leadership experience.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to review data sets, graphs, and charts to identify data patterns and trends.
• Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with digital banking platforms.
• Familiarity with product management methodologies.
