About the position

The Manager of Corporate Communications & PR at IPG Health will play a pivotal role in shaping and communicating the corporate narrative of the organization. In this role, you will lead the corporate communications team, overseeing all aspects of public relations, media relations, and internal communications. You will be tasked with creating and maintaining relationships with key media outlets, drafting press releases, and managing the company's social media presence. Additionally, you will work closely with senior leadership to ensure that all communications align with the company's strategic goals and values. The position requires a proactive approach to identifying communication opportunities and challenges, as well as the ability to respond swiftly to emerging issues. You will also be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of communication strategies and making data-driven recommendations for improvement. This role is hybrid, allowing for a blend of in-office and remote work, providing flexibility while ensuring collaboration with the team and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Experience in media relations and crisis communication management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and report on communication effectiveness.
