About the position

The Manager of Corporate Communications at Enovis plays a crucial role in shaping the internal and external communication strategies for the Enovis Reconstructive Recon segment. This position is responsible for managing communications that align with the company's strategic goals, enhancing the reputation of the business, and ensuring effective communication flow between leadership and employees. The role also involves crisis communications and collaboration with various teams to support corporate events and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy strategic campaigns and an innovative communications strategy for the Enovis Recon segment.
• Drive corporate communications strategy across all channels to enhance the company's reputation.
• Serve as a key business partner to the Enovis Recon leadership team for communications and campaigns.
• Establish and maintain communication standards and templates to align with corporate strategy.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure impactful communication with employees.
• Generate creative ideas for media activities that support business goals.
• Work with Marketing Communications teams to modernize digital and social media engagement.
• Manage agency relationships to execute communications campaigns.
• Plan and support corporate events, including quarterly Town Halls.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, journalism, or a relevant field.
• Healthcare communications experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing internal and external communications in large, global companies.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in developing narratives and communication strategies.
• Ability to synthesize activities into clear frameworks for stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Experience leading digital communications strategies including intranet, website, email, and social media.
• Understanding of change management methodologies.
• Advanced MS PowerPoint skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Graphic design experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with Hubspot and SharePoint is preferred.
• Foreign language fluency in Italian, German, French, or Japanese is a plus.
