A very exciting opportunity has opened in Jersey! We're seeking a seasoned Corporate Services Manager to join our friendly team. You'll be tasked with leading, growing, and developing a team, whilst actively participating in business development and commercial activities. For the right candidate there are endless growth opportunities, and you'll work with great team members and clients! Our Jersey Corporate Services Team provide a full suite of professional services to a U.K. and global client base. Our clients are most often large institutions with household names within their sector. Our core focus is private equity, private capital, global corporate mandates, and more bespoke solutions where needed. Given our exceptional client base, the team get the opportunity to work on a varied and sometimes complex set of assignments.

Responsibilities

  • Promote collaboration among team members

Requirements

  • Established manager in a similar role
  • Experience in a regulated financial service environment
  • Relevant professional qualification (ideally)
  • Growth mindset with interest in business development
  • Client-centric with ability to build rapport
  • Knowledge of local legislation and corporate governance practices
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
