About the position

The Manager of Corporate Social Media and Communications at PVH is responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that enhance the company's brand and corporate reputation. This role involves overseeing the creation and management of social media content and campaigns, driving engagement, and collaborating with various teams to align messaging and promote PVH's values. The successful candidate will play a key role in positioning Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger as leading lifestyle brands while supporting PVH's overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and launch social media communications strategies that connect followers to PVH and enhance corporate reputation.
  • Create engaging social media content including text, images, videos, and graphics that align with PVH's brand voice.
  • Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure a steady stream of compelling content across social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to amplify PVH's voice and ensure consistent storytelling.
  • Monitor and engage with followers on social media to build a positive online community.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate them into strategies; analyze competitor activity.
  • Establish performance metrics to measure social media effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Identify relevant social media conversations for PVH to engage in meaningfully.
  • Promote company culture and values through social media communications.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and simplify complex challenges.
  • Adopt an entrepreneurial mindset to continuously improve social media programming.
  • Manage challenging tasks and meet competitive deadlines.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in social media within a global role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge in building and executing innovative social media strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media and digital tools such as Canva, Sprinklr, and Sprout Social.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence in working with senior executives in high-stakes situations.
  • Ability to execute tasks effectively and produce excellent results.
  • Strong relationship-building skills in a global environment.
  • Strong business acumen, preferably in retail or consumer industries.
