About the position

The Manager - Corporate Solutions Chief of Staff at American Express plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day management and operations of the Corporate Program Product Management (CPPM) team. This position involves providing analytical, strategic, and thought leadership for key projects and initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration across various teams within Global Commercial Services (GCS). The ideal candidate will be a strong problem solver, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the development of impactful business strategies and communications.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in building impactful and comprehensive presentations for key business reviews with senior management, business partners, team meetings, and town halls.
  • Provide planning and coordination support, including involvement in project management, analytics, and critical initiatives, as required.
  • Support the management of business planning and operations, including annual budget and investment planning, monthly budget accruals, forecasts, and team reviews.
  • Support the creation of external and internal organizational communications throughout multiple channels including memos, announcements, and Town Halls.
  • Build strong working relationships across the team and with business partner groups to ensure good collaboration and efficient problem solving.

  • Bachelor's degree.
