About the position

The Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager at Tokio Marine HCC is responsible for optimizing recruiting processes and tools through data analytics and process mapping. This role involves collaboration with various HR functions and strategic business partners to enhance talent acquisition efforts, focusing on corporate experienced hires and campus recruiting. The manager will lead a small team, drive talent acquisition strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance with relevant laws.

Responsibilities

  • Support and drive the Talent Acquisition Strategy for corporate experienced hires.
  • Manage a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and Advisors focusing on corporate functions and campus recruiting.
  • Identify trends and areas of opportunity in talent acquisition through data analytics.
  • Design and implement recruiting strategies to attract both active and passive job seekers.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on ATS system (Workday) processes and optimizations.
  • Liaise with international recruiting teams across the U.K. and Europe.
  • Lead full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating compensation packages.
  • Enhance candidate experience by identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights into the health of the Talent Acquisition function through data analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations in partnership with Employee Relations and Legal teams.
  • Coach and guide HR and Recruiting team members on best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • 3+ years of management experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Workday Recruiting experience is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and ATS reporting.
  • Familiarity with process mapping software (Visio).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior organizational and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of industry changes and legal updates related to Talent Acquisition.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with process mapping methodologies.
  • Familiarity with talent acquisition best practices.
