About the position

The Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager at Tokio Marine HCC is responsible for optimizing recruiting processes and tools through data analytics and process mapping. This role involves collaboration with various HR functions and strategic business partners to enhance talent acquisition efforts and improve the overall candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support and drive the Talent Acquisition Strategy for corporate experienced hires.
  • Manage a small team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and Advisors focusing on corporate functions and national campus recruiting.
  • Identify trends and areas of opportunity in talent acquisition through data analytics.
  • Design and implement recruiting strategies to attract both active and passive job seekers.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on ATS system (Workday) processes and optimizations.
  • Liaise with international recruiting teams across the U.K. and Europe.
  • Lead full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, evaluating resumes, and negotiating compensation packages.
  • Enhance candidate experience by identifying areas for improvement in candidate interactions.
  • Provide insights into the health of the Talent Acquisition function through data analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in partnership with Employee Relations and Legal.
  • Coach and guide HR and Recruiting team members on best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Partner with field recruiters to understand local hiring trends and drive consistency across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with 3+ years of management experience.
  • Workday Recruiting experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and ATS reporting.
  • Familiarity with process mapping software (Visio) and methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality and tact.
  • Superior organizational and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of industry changes, legal updates, and technical developments related to Talent Acquisition.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with international recruiting processes.
  • Familiarity with Performance-Based Hiring methodology.
