About the position

As the Manager of Court Services at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, you will lead a team of data entry specialists, ensuring the accuracy and quality of data input. This role involves providing training and support to team members, implementing process improvements, and maintaining high standards of data management. Your leadership will be crucial in enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring the completeness of data used by the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrating effective leadership skills to ensure a cohesive and collaborative team dynamic.
  • Providing training and support to team members on data entry tools and techniques.
  • Influencing and guiding both internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers and agencies.
  • Establishing team standards and enforcing procedures based on expertise in respective field.
  • Troubleshooting data entry issues and providing solutions to improve data accuracy.
  • Facilitating effective collaboration and communication among project team members and stakeholders.
  • Presenting team achievements, progress, and challenges to executive leadership.
  • Creating and presenting engaging presentations to senior leadership and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience as a people leader required.
  • Proficiency in using presentation software and tools to create professional and visually appealing presentations.
  • Possess analytical skills and the capacity to decipher data and provide strategic suggestions.
  • Possess effective problem-solving skills to troubleshoot data entry issues and recommend solutions.
  • Thorough understanding of data management systems and software.
  • Able to gather and incorporate feedback from senior leaders and stakeholders into team strategies and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experienced in developing and maintaining procedures and coaching others to ensure accuracy and accountability.
  • Significant experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
